3. Who receives it
- Our web hosting provider (Simply.com, Denmark/EU), which stores the website, the enquiry database and server logs, and delivers email.
- Our email provider, which receives your message in our inbox.
- An analytics provider — only if you accept Analytics.
Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time (use Cookie settings). Use our privacy request form or email info@datapraxio.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in a password-protected area that only authorised people can open, with login attempts limited and every form protected against abuse. IP addresses are never stored in readable form. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. We collect only what we need and delete it when it is no longer required.
6. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where required, ask for your consent again.
